Order tracking showed as delivered when I hadnt received it. Contacted support. First response just gave me the same tracking link again. No response to my reply asking for a better response in four days

My order hasn't arrived. I have tried to contact DC multiple times and no one has got back to me
My package says delivered and is missing
I am unable to review the items ordered as they have not been delivered even though I was informed of shipment. I have emailed dc shoes twice the latest of which I still await a reply. I will leave further review if and when I receive the items.

Haven't received my shoes and had no joy trying to contact DC shoes - automated response to their online contact and unable to get through on the phone
I didn't receive my order
3 weeks later I have no shoes. Contacted the courier and apparently my package is still in the Netherlands. Tried to contact customer services several times but no reply.

Appalling customer service havnt recieved my order been waiting nearly 3 weeks can't track it and when asked for a refund am being ignored have sent multiple emails no response at all!

sizing is all wrong, and even when try to order more bigger sizes in one order, they don't arrive together. and then the second part takes weeks longer and no communication (still haven't arrived!). Then it makes returns hard because i want to send back all at once, but can't if half the order still hasn't arrived. I am literally hundreds of pounds out of pocket waiting for items to arrive AND waiting to be able to send them back.
Despite DPD reporting my order was delivered- I do not have it. The customer service is bad- I received a pointless AI answer and no further response, despite repeated attempts
