Billabong are an appall company. I want yo return the costume I bought because it is too big. I can't find any information on the website about how to do this. The contact window doesn't work. I think it's a scam.
Disappointed to be told an item in my order had to be cancelled and refunded due to it being out of stock, to then see it appear on the website the day after in stock and £20 more expensive. Also had no reply to my email to customer service, but did get lots of automated emails encouraging me to buy more...
My order hasn't arrived nor have I received any shipping info

I guessed the size for my daughter, from your guide and the coat was perfect for her. Its exactly the same as pictured on the site. My daughter absolutely loves it .
