The UK site doesn't have customer support and it's support rerouted to the US site who cannot recognise my email and order. My order had been missing for 3 weeks and nobody seems to know where it's gone. Vague and fake answers that you should've received confirmation email, which I didn't, is just poor service and inability to deal with the query. I've been sending them constant emails but haven't received a reply that locates my missing order. Avoid buying from this company!

Apart from the items being great. The service was appalling. No updates regarding delivery, no customer service at all. I would still buy Billabong but never from the website.

I have received only 2 of my 4 items ordered. I've sent 2 emails and still no response 1 week later.
The delivery was sent in 3 different packages across weeks which was not communicated. The customer service also took an alarming amount of time.

Package arrived opened with item missing
Billabong are an appall company. I want yo return the costume I bought because it is too big. I can't find any information on the website about how to do this. The contact window doesn't work. I think it's a scam.
Disappointed to be told an item in my order had to be cancelled and refunded due to it being out of stock, to then see it appear on the website the day after in stock and £20 more expensive. Also had no reply to my email to customer service, but did get lots of automated emails encouraging me to buy more...
My order hasn't arrived nor have I received any shipping info
