Word once and 3 seams already unraveling. They were for a special occasion and bought by son with birthday money so no time to return. For this brand and £70 I expected better

Absolute mess - one order confirmation, two weeks silence, no tracking. Gave me a refund at one point then took the money back. One day the order arrived without any notice. Luckily I was in to collect it. Terrible service.. Had to return the item because it was too small and turns out you can't do mobile returns?! Have to do it on a computer. Utterly bizarre in 2026.

It was a good product at a fair price. However, it took almost three weeks to arrive. My enquiries to customer services resulted in a standard terms-and-conditions response and then a we-are-very-busy response and no help whatsoever. In summary: product, fine; service, poor.
