Your sizing makes no sense. The yellow shirt was huge but the cream one (returned) was tiny. The quality of the yellow one is good though and acceptable for layering.

Despatch time of nearly 3 weeks. No communication regarding delayed despatch. Unable to cancel order. Advised to refuse delivery as only method of cancelling. Return of items equally frustrating. Items returned 23 feb, received my yourselves 26th feb, advised by AI bot refund can take 10 working days from date of receipt. No access to a real person.

The UK site doesn't have customer support and it's support rerouted to the US site who cannot recognise my email and order. My order had been missing for 3 weeks and nobody seems to know where it's gone. Vague and fake answers that you should've received confirmation email, which I didn't, is just poor service and inability to deal with the query. I've been sending them constant emails but haven't received a reply that locates my missing order. Avoid buying from this company!
