The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop did not have the ski length I was looking for in my package and therefore upgraded my skis at no extra cost.

Some of the employees in the shop were really sassy when I returned to change my boots. They looked at me like I was complaining too much. However I had one of the employees help me out and he was lovely, he took extra time to make sure everything fit well. The other two however had a horrible attitude, they sneered at me when I entered the shop and asked to change my boots. I don't think I will use this service again.
