Personnel très accueillant, pas d'attente. Ils prennent soin des clients.
Some of the employees in the shop were really sassy when I returned to change my boots. They looked at me like I was complaining too much. However I had one of the employees help me out and he was lovely, he took extra time to make sure everything fit well. The other two however had a horrible attitude, they sneered at me when I entered the shop and asked to change my boots. I don't think I will use this service again.

Amazing service, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
For 3 days in a row I got back into the store due to the fact that in the first 2 days they gave me really old equipment although I came back and ask for newer equipment and even paid for their best optional category

Personnel désagréable. Je suis venue récupérer mon matériel le vendredi 23 janvier à 19h comme indiqué sur le sms reçu, les loueurs n'étaient pas enchantés que je récupère mon matériel la veille et à cette heure-ci. Ils ont même râlé car je ne louais le matériel que pour une journée ». Ils m'ont prise de haut et parlé de manière très condescendante. Je ne reviendrais pas.

Good product at a reasonable price, however other ski rental shops do offer better products with better insurance protection
The staff are so super friendly and helpful. A pair of skis was stollen during our stay and they were so helpful with a new pair and sorting out the paperwork for insurance claims etc. So nice to deal with smiling faces and they handled all the crowds amazingly! (and the free chocolate was yummy)
