The ski selection within the Platinum package was not as diverse as expected. When paying for a top-tier package, there should be more than just two brands of all-mountain skis available for demo. A broader selection would better reflect the premium nature of the offering and provide greater value to guests choosing the highest level package.

Ich habe einen Ski für erfahrene Skifahrer online bestellt und mir wurde ein Anfängerski ausgehändigt. (Head pure joy). Der Ski war schlecht zu führen und flatterte. Habe ihn dann nach dem ersten Tag ausgetauscht. Dann erhielt ich endlich den passenden Ski (Nordica spitfire TI)

Carres des Ski Atomic mal affûtées, bavures sur le fil des carres, première journée décevante. Le soir même je ramène les skis et les changes pour une paire de Blizzard plus long et bien affûté.
Remarque supplémentaire, sur votre site internet il serait intéressant de pouvoir notifier la marque, la référence ou le nom commercial et la longueur des skis souhaités.
Matériel de qualité et bien maintenu. Personnel très agréable.

I was given two sets of faulty skis so I missed two days' of skiing. This was only a week's holiday so I lost the equivalent of over £600 all because the rental skis were not fit for purpose.
