Me gusta mucho, tiene variedad de maquinas, y el ambiente me ha encantado
Me gusta mucho el gimnasio, su entorno... pero requiere algún mantenimiento de máquinas y que el personal ( no todos ) salude a los abonados.

Porque entreno bien pese a que está muy lleno. Pero hay que cuidar más las instalaciones, las máquinas y la limpieza (aunque estoy de acuerdo que eso es trabajo de todos, tanto del staff como de nosotros como usuarios que debemos ser conscientes de ello)

Las maquinas son perfectas y hay suficientes por lo menos a la hora que suelo ir. El entorno te da pie a concentrarte mejor en los entrenamientos. Creo que he hecho muy buen cambio

Gym muy lleno y no hay máquinas que llevo años pidiendo como la de contracción de pectoral sentado de technogym que si hay en otros locales de fitness park en Madrid.

Es imposible entrenar a gusto con tanta masificación. Los focos siguen siendo una impertinencia. Y siguen colocando máquinas de forma que cargar y descargar discos sea una odisea.

Desde que estoy en fitness parc balmes mi experiencia a sido muy positiva se entrena muy bien tienen de todo y el personal es amable y servicial

Un gimnasio muy completo, el staff muy atento ,agradable y educado. Lo único se echa en falta alguna maquina más, tal como algún pec deck más, hip thrust, etc

I was clearing out my junk emails today when I came across a lengthy warning email from Fitness Park, sent two days ago, with no staff member's name attached. The email ACCUSED me of repeatedly leaving equipment behind, and suggested that this had created extra work for the staff who strongly indicate that clearing out the gym is NOT part of their job. Since this email arrived alongside this review request, I might as well share my experience. I have no problem being reminded to put away equipment I have used. However, being accused of repeatedly leaving things behind, without a clear explanation of the incidents, is frustrating. A few montha ago, a staff member asked me to clear away equipment I was STILL using, along with other items I had not even touched and that appeared to have been left by other members. I put away what I had used, and I do not appreciate being held responsible for things that were not mine. What makes this more disappointing is the contrast between the professionalism of most staff at Fitness Park Balmes and some of the behaviour I have personally witnessed. I have seen HER spending extended periods chatting with friends while seemingly neglecting her responsibilities. I have also witnessed equipment being handled or dropped in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Another issue is the repeated shouting around the gym as early as 12:30 a.m. 12:45 a.m. that it was closing at 1 a.m., despite the closing announcement already being played through the gym's sound system. There was no need to shout over an announcement everyone could already hear. Instead of being helpful, it made members feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Enforcing closing time is understandable; making people feel chased out is not. I have also observed situations where some members because they were close to this new hire appeared to be allowed to continue working out beyond the time others were expected to leave. If rules exist, they should apply equally to everyone, regardless of personal friendships. To be fair, the gentleman at Fitness Park Balmes have generally been excellent: approachable, respectful, and helpful without being arrogant. They do their jobs and maintain the gym without creating unnecessary tension. Unfortunately, not everyone seems to share the same standard of professionalism. My issue is not with gym rules. It is with fairness, professionalism, and how members are treated. If members are expected to take responsibility for their actions, staff should be held to the same standard. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. A gym should be a place where members feel welcome and respected, not uncomfortable because of the conduct of the people employed to maintain it.

Está muy bien pero faltan poleas, la máquina de agua va cuando quiere y si no va te quedas sin beber cuando pagas más solo por beber, jalones con dos hay pocos y hay mucha demanda, pero por lo demás genial. Multiestación

Porque estoy muy cómodo con las instalaciones. Me dan opción de ir a cualquier centro. Eso lo valoro mucho. Aunque mi centro es el de Balmes. Estupendo
Las máquinas están muy bien pero hay mucha densidad de personas y suelen haber goteras en el techo.

Tengo que decir que no todos son igual de amables, hay unos chicos que son amables pero no demasiado, en cambio una chica que hay siempre en recepción te atiende con una sonrisa i te explica lo que necessites, gente así hace que te apuntes al gimnasio.
