Before deciding on Auden I was in contact with Boots in Oxford. Comparing Talia Shapiro to the audiologist of Boots, I feel as if I invested in a service as I had several sessions with Talia and cannot thank you enough for the support provided guiding me into adapting to the hearing aids. Talia has been supportive at every stage. I wasn't sure that dealing with an audiologist long-distance could really work, but there were some unexpected advantages, even over dealing with someone locally. I was able to test every adjustment she made on the spot, and in the appropriate environment , whether it be listening to the television, or playing a cd. The fact that she has limitless amounts of patience was also a bonus...

Gli incontri settimanali hanno permesso di approfondire il funzionamento dei dispositivi e di ottimizzarne le impostazioni in base alle necessità personali. Anche dal punto di vista amministrativo, il supporto offerto è stato preciso ed efficiente, gestendo con rapidità eventuali problematiche e garantendo una spedizione veloce e puntuale. In conclusione, nonostante la mia lunga esperienza nell'utilizzo di apparecchi acustici, posso affermare che il servizio offerto da Auzen è stato persino più efficace di quello ricevuto in presenza. Le petit livret au démarrage est pratique, peut être juste informer le client qu'il faut  bloquer » un rendez-vous directement après avoir reçu les appareils. Après il y a eu un bug avec mes appareils, heureusement que j'ai trouvé la solution pour jumeler mes appareils à mon téléphone…Sinon le réglage de mes appareils sont super ! Les explications sont claires et le fonctionnement est vraiment pratique!

Very good value. Very helpful. The audiology backup and consultation is friendly and professional. Support is always available. Yes an appointment may not be available immediately due to work pressure but appointments are scheduled very quickly I was nervous about buying and consultation online but I need not have worried.
