Technically it felt like a bit of a risk going to a Swiss provider, but I was impressed with the way Talia persevered, after my initial sales inquiry , without being in any way intrusive. I was delighted with the result. I turned my iPhone down to a whisper which I thought was inaudible. Relying on my ears, I knew someone was speaking but too quietly to be understood. I got my newly tuned hearing aids, tuned remotely by Talia, and while I was crossing the hall and not even in the same room as the phone I could hear every word that was being spoken. Very impressive proof of the pudding. Thanks ever so much

Für das Einstellen heutiger Hörgeräte ist das persönliche Treffen mit dem Hörakustiker nicht unbedingt nötig.

Devo dire che all'inizio ero molto titubante sia per l'approccio solo online che il prezzo dellapparecchio .(molto basso rispetto i concorrenti)Nonostante dopo i tentativi fatti ahimè ! Anche se ero stato avvertito la tipologia che ho scelto per motivi personali non fa al caso mio , la loro conclusione è stata semplicemente di restituire l'apparecchio e sono stato rimborsato al 100%. Trovare tutte queste caratteristiche in una sola azienda e nello specifico nel sig Alan Conti non è scontato. Ringrazio sentitamente lo staff tutto e lo straconsiglio. quando mi deciderò per lapparecchio esterno ( da subito consigliatomi) mi rivolgerò solo e solamente a loro PER CONCLUDERE ho provato prima altri due centri con prezzi folli e sopratutto personale discutibile Grazie

I would have no hesitation in recommending Auzen primarily because of the extremely professional service provided by audiologist Talia who very diligently listened to my experience of hearing aids , gave unbiased recommendations on options available to me and was extremely patient in fine tuning the hearing aids to suit my needs. Talia answered all questions I had knowledgeably and left me with confidence that I had made the correct choice. The online consultation was very easy and trouble - free , ordering process quick and straight forward , delivery completed within a week and the price very competitive. I also have the assurance that if I have any problems with the hearing aids I can return to Auzen and Talia for advice and assistance.
