The experience has been a pleasure and extremely efficient. The cost was about £1300 less than Boots price for the same product. Appointments with Talia are much easier than attending an appointment at Boots or wherever, and she makes herself available as needed. The online adjustment facility is excellent and she has tweaked the settings according to my experience. Plus being a very pleasant person to work with.

I was apprehensive about buying on a website I knew nothing about. I also generally appreciate human contact with sales and support people I made this apprehension known to Talia on a Zoom type call, and was given suitable reassurance. The advice about my hearing I was given was pretty much exactly the same as I had received from two other providers. The price wasn't the same however as Auzen was a whole lot cheaper. So I did hesitate before giving this review a 10 score because that indicates that everything was 100% satisfactory . And then I couldn't think of anything they could do better. So happy give a 10 score. The process was relatively easy, the aids work fine and the support excellent and responsive to my needs.

Auzen, especially Talia, have been truly amazing. I needed a new Phonak hearing aid to replace my old one and didn't want to spend an extortionate amount. I searched around and found Auzen and I haven't looked back! Their hearing aids are literally more than half price less than what Boots and Specsavers were quoting me. I had a consult with Talia and we agreed on the best hearing aid for me which I ordered. The hearing aid arrived within a week and was beautifully presented in a box which included the hearing aid, charger, cleaning wipes and spray, spare domes - you name it, it was in all in there! Talia helped me to adjust my settings and she has been crucial in helping me get set up. The aftercare with Talia has been amazing!! I won't hesistate to buy from Auzen :-)

He recibido un trato personal ¡inmejorable !, tanto por parte de Jonathan (a la hora de aconsejarme los audífonos, a comprar) cómo de Rosa la cual me ha demostrado (en las distintas sesiones de ajustes de los audífonos) ser una audiometrista muy competente y persona muy agradable y paciente durante todas las sesiones que hemos mantenido.
