Hätte nie erwartet, dass die Ferneinstellung der Hörgeräte so gut funktioniert. Der Service ist genauso gut wie bei einem Geschäft vor Ort. Der Preis bei Auzen ist unschlagbar gut und die Krankenkasse hat die Zuzahlung problemlos bezahlt.

Es la primera vez que trato con auzen y ha sido muy positiva desde que adquiri la compra hasta que se dieron los promeros ajustes .

Hörgeräte sowie auch der Akustiker sind sehr gut. Für ältere Leute ein etwas schwieriges Handling. ( Einloggen zum Akustiker, App herunterladen, Anleitungen für Reinigung etc. nur über YouTube.) Noch während Test-Phase habe ich schon eine Mahnung für eine Garantie-Verlängerung erhalten. Zudem stöhrt mich eine Vorauszahlung um ein Gerät 30 Tage testen.

Ich habe ein super Hörgerät mit umfangreichem Zubehör für einen fairen Preis bekommen. Alles bestens nach den individuellen Einstellungen. Besser hätte es bei dem Akustiker vor Ort auch nicht laufen können. Mein Fazit - eine Weiterempfehlung !

Extremely good communication throughout the ordering process. Talia very supportive with the fitting and nothing too much trouble to get the right hearing balance. Remains on hand to help should I need it. Highly recommend to prospective hearing aid buyers and the prices are so much cheaper than high street prices.

Nicht nur ein sehr guter Preis, nach Lieferung der Geräte nimmt man sich mehrfach und unaufgefordert meinem neuen Hörsystem an. Das Interesse ist sehr gross, damit meine Hörsituation optimal verläuft.

This service was high tech delivered over the phone and Teams, Talia was very knowledgeable and gave a very professional, polite and friendly service . Also there was a substantial saving on the hearing aids. This was a recommendation to me and i would certainly recommend to others.

The quality of the hearing aids is amazing. It's as though my hearing loss has gone and I can hear normally again. Not just louder but crisp and clear, even with background noise. Talia is an excellent audiologist, and made sure they were adjusted specifically for my individual needs. I had been doubtful about getting such an expensive and important buy over the internet but honestly I think the service has been better than it would be from most high street shops. The same hearing aids were almost half the price from Auzen and the service is second to none and ongoing. Talia has made it clear that she will be there should I have any questions or problem. I would recommend Auzen to anyone.
