Auzen ist unschlagbar im Preis und die Beratung ist kompetent Bund freundlich, aber man muss schon fit sein, was WLAN, Bluetooth, Apps etc angeht. Für nicht so technikaffige Hörgeschädigte ist das vielleicht zu kompliziert.

Talia was so lovely and helpful. We were a bit apprehensive, as the price of the hearing aids (Oticon intent 2R) were less than half of price we were quoted by several private audiologist. After doing some proper research into the company we found that it is indeed a reliable site to buy from. We contacted them and Talia, the audiologist for the UK got back to us, she was so nice. We really love the way she is very informed on the product and also very responsive with any emails and questions. She was very supportive from the very first inquiry until after getting aid has been fitted and then some more follow-up calls to make sure that everything is right and the settings is good. I highly recommend using Auzen.

Her service was excellent, and I really appreciated the time she took to make sure everything was right for me.
Living in the UK, with NHS waiting lists being so long, I was looking for a more convenient way to manage appointments around my normal 9–5. Being able to speak with Talia on a video call was fantastic — I could easily book around work meetings, and she was even kind enough to reschedule when life threw me some unexpected drama. That level of flexibility and care really made a huge difference.

Ho acquistato i nuovi apparecchi acustici resound vivia a prezzo molto più basso rispetto a quello che mi proponevano nella zona dove abito in più ho molto apprezzato il programma Hera in Noise con intelligenza artificiale funziona abbastanza bene nei ristoranti ed in mezzo alla confusione sento abbastanza bene chi mi parla vicino a me
Auricolare esterno per l'orecchio sinistro acquistato da qualche mese, per mio babbo 82 enne. Buon prodotto, semplice da gestire, efficace (notevole miglioramento della capacità uditiva del babbo), prezzo competitivo, assistenza da remoto attenta e competente in tutte le fasi (presentazione delle opportunità disponibili, calibrazione dello strumento nel periodo di prova, supporto post vendita). Da valutare sul lungo termine, per adesso solo complimenti.

La mia iniziale titubanza per l'acquisto online era significativa, ma il fatto di poter restituire l'apparecchio dopo un mese di prova mi ha convinto a fare il passo. Il servizio di vendita con Alan Conti si è rivelato serio e privo di pressioni, mi ha lasciato decidere con i miei tempi, nonostante ci siano voluti quattro mesi prima che prendessi la decisione finale.
L'pparecchio è arrivato rispettando precisamente i tempi indicati, confezionato accuratamente con posta prioritaria. Era perfettamente sintonizzato secondo il mio esame audiometrico, un dettaglio che ha fatto la differenza, poiché mi ha permesso di indossarlo immediatamente. Ho affrontato tre sedute con Domenico Camasta, audioprotesista esperto, competente, e preciso che mi ha ascoltata e risolto velocemente alcuni problemi.
Ho scoperto Auzen per la mia ipoacusia bilaterale e, nonostante uno scetticismo iniziale, dopo un video-incontro con Alan che ha chiarito tutti i miei dubbi, ho provato i modelli Signia e Phonak. Alan e Domenico si sono dimostrati molto professionali e disponibili.
Nel mio caso il prezzo è decisamente più conveniente, con un risparmio di circa il 45% rispetto ad altri fornitori. Inoltre, le regolazioni illimitate da casa tramite videochiamata rendono il servizio comodo e pratico.
Nonostante un problema tecnico con il Phonak sinistro, il loro supporto flessibile mi ha permesso di estendere la prova per entrambi i modelli e scegliere con calma quello più adatto alle mie esigenze, ossia proprio il Phonak.
Consiglio Auzen per qualità, risparmio e assistenza eccellente.
Professionisti al mio fianco, non solo per la vendita degli apparecchi, ma per un vero accompagnamento nel percorso di riabilitazione uditiva.

I highly recommend purchasing Hearing Aids from Auzen. My hearing aids arrived and with fine tuning from Talia, I was up and running quickly. The service provided from Talia was professional and her attention to detail and aftercare were exceptional. The cost of the Signia Pure Charge & Go 5ix were reasonably priced in comparison to Irish Suppliers. I am delighted I found a suppler and audiologist who fulfilled my hearing needs.
