Poor customer service. Still not received my order and no one will respond to my queries about it having complained twice now. Sent me tracking information that is incorrect and suggests it has been delivered but the delivery company has never received it and says the order number isn't one of theirs. Tried calling and offices are always shut and will not respond to emails or enquiries. I will now need to seek through my bank to reclaim the payment as DC Shoes will not respond. I have shopped with them many times in the past but will not do so again in the future. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a t-shirt on Friday 29th May, to this date (Saturday 13th June) still have not received them. I contacted customer support who told me it could be up to 10 days for orders coming from Europe and helpfully, they sent me a tracking reference to my order, which does not exist. Will I order directly from DC again? Absolutely not, I could have got something of theirs from Amazon and had them within 24 hours and saved myself the trouble.

I have not received my order. The DPD tracking app says it was delivered, but I was home that day and never got the parcel. I have contacted DC's and all I got was an automated response telling me to be patient and wait the full 10 days for delivery. We are beyond that now and I have responded to say I still haven't got it and I haven't been replied to.
