Ordered on the 21st May and had to chase up DPD who said it had been returned to DC Shoes, sent several emails to chase my order and had no response, had to go hunting for a telephone number who said its been returned and had to have a refund and a discount code, but surely it'll happen again

For the second time using this website, no order received, odd DPD tracking. Looks like a social media scam to hold on to customers money while they argue. So glad I used PayPal and got my money are the shoes were out for delivery in Holland for a week!! I live in the UK!!

7 days after shipping an the parcel is marked as delivered by DPD but without evidence and nothing has arrived. DC Shoes ignored me for a week and have since said they will look into the matter. 24hrs later and no information. This is quite simply the WORST experience of online shopping I've ever had. I'm left with no alternative than to instruct my bank to reverse the payment. DC's lack of response or even an apology is totally unacceptable.

Part of my order was cancelled, then the rest of the order never arrived. There was no contact from customer support. I had to search online for an actual number to call. You were unable to resend my order and asked me to place a new one. The items I chose were on sale but aren't anymore so there is no chance.

DPD has claimed to delivered my order but has not, and DC are ignoring my emails, and they have no contact number to actually talk to someone to get this resolved, I don't think I will ever get my order or my money back, will never buy a product from them again and would advise anyone against buying from them aswell, because of your parcel goes missing your left out of pocket

I haven't received my order, it's showing as delivered but when I contacted dpd they said it has never been into the UK, they sent it to Netherlands and back to Belgium, I can't get in contact with anyone from the company after sending numerous emails, so dont know when i will receive refund, iwill never purchase from here again.

My shoes have not turned up and it was for my nieces birthday. Dpd said it was delivered and it wasn't. I have contacted customer service no response.

I will never order from this website ever again. I still have not received my order, customer service no longer respond to me and I am just waiting for DPD to get back to me regarding the status of the parcel before initiating a charge back with my bank. But the website will have zero issues in sending you daily spam emails and even emails asking for reviews on items you haven't even received yet. Stay away from this website, buy your DCs in stores until this dreadful site is overhauled. I wish I looked at reviews prior to ordering, this is not an isolated issue.

Order still hasn't arrived, 13 days after being placed. Unable to track using the link provided. Ended up ordering from another company, who managed next day delivery. Not sure if this parcel will ever arrive and will then have the hassle of returning it. Very disappointing, will not use again

So far I haven't received my order #13250893 . DPD claims to have delivered this on Friday 4th June - There was no notification of delivery (which normally happens), I was in the majority of the day and no attempts to deliver were made. I have emailed regarding this, but have received a generic email informing me my delivery can take up to 10 days, despite me emailing to tell them that on the DPD tracking it is already down as delivered.

I received damaged shoes, have opened a customer support ticket about it but am being ignored, I also haven't received the second pair of shoes in my order, again I am being ignored about this. Shocking customer service.
