Communication was shocking. I sent multiple emails looking for my order. And only after -0 days of waiting did I finally have an email saying I would get my order within 7 days. Clearly that didn't happen. I would never buy from you again. You left me thinking I was scammed. And whilst I did finally get my order. No apology for lateness. So screw you. I will buy elsewhere. Learn to communicate better. I don't mind tardiness if it is backed up with an explanation or apology. Terrible company.

Placed order with incorrect address. Couldn't cancel directly and tried through Customer Service without a resolution. Package sent out and money taken from account but to an addresss i cant access. Tracking details do not work so cant even check if it actually got delivered. No response from Customer Service following dispatch???? Terrible service and response to issue. Will be using retail stores from now on

You just cancelled my order without contacting me and refunded it

I returned an item on 6/1 and I am still awaiting a credit. The parcel has been with the courier since 6/1 and the status hasn't changed. The automated customer service responses are very poor and disappointing. Nobody clearly cares. I won't be purchasing items from you again which is a shame as the products are good.

I was told I would get my order in 3-5 days it has been 8 days and I have received absolutely no updates.

I still haven't received my full order and wasn't happy with the item I did receive as there is a flaw. Despite completing the web contact form twice I have not received any contact from your customer "service" team and this has made the whole experience particularly frustrating.
