Item arrived from the EU and took a considerable time to arrive. When it did arrive the logo has been stitched on upside down. Contacted Element on the 11th April, had a reply from Alice to send a photo (I already included a photo and it's visible in their reply to me) but I sent another anyway. Not heard back since (16th April). Will not recommend.
I use Element website to get my family the gear they really love! And Element look after me by giving great Membership deals and free postage!
The promised introductory 15% discount for signing up never materialised. The free grip tape was not sent, and finally the support ticket raised has now been ignored for 4 days. Altogether terrible service and very disappointing.
The hoodie I purchased, was thin and cheaply made, but expensive to buy. Not a worthwhile purchase.
I had a complaint (only minor) and it still hasn't been addressed. could have been sorted in seconds.
The quality of the item, the speed of delivery and the overall feel and design were all exceptional
I haven't received the order yet do asking me to rate now is pretty meaningless.
Clothes Never Arrived, Help to Locate clothes was non existent
I've loved Element as a brand since the late 90's. Their products are always great quality and deeply routed in skateboard culture. The deck I ordered is a piece of art and beautifully crafted.
Because I'm in the UK, the rating would have been more if you had a unit in the UK for quicker delivery. Look at amazon with their Prime next day delivery benefit. They're setting the standard that's becoming the norm. Either way: great looking trainers, so a thank you for that. But they're not as comfortable as brands like DC, unfortunately.
Great looking shoe, feels durable. And very comfortable for long walks.
Quality clothing at sale prices a bargain
sending loads of marketing emails to me (two today and it's 1.30pm!) and clicking unsubscribe doesn't work. i didn't sign up in the first place. read GDPR guidelines and fix your website

I've had two jacket orders cancelled when one which I've just attempted to order again is showing as available. Also awaiting return of lost points and a voucher for £15. It has taken several emails to try to resolve this. As yet have not received refunds for first two attempt at pure jacket. Hopefully third time lucky on my order today.
Element have been excellent over many years but the recent mess of of ordering followed by cancellations no longer fills me with confidence.

From my last orders I am still waiting for one of the product to arrive, it is not clear what is going on. I tried to reach out and I didn't had any email back in days now. I don't see there is a good communication in terms of costumer service. Otherwise I love the product in general they good quality. I do enjoy wearing them and would recommend to anyone, but because of these problems and lack of costumer service I have gave 8 only.
