The whole process, from initial enquiry through to fitting and configuration of my hearing aids, has been very easy and professionally managed. All modern hearing aids are reasonably similar in terms of form, function and technology, so the main driver for being satisfied with them is the knowledge and experience of the audiologist. In the case of Auzen, not only was the price of the hearing aids around 50% of that asked by other companies, the audiologist was excellent and ensured that I received the most benefit from my chosen hearing aids.

Sehr gute Unterstützung vom Alustiker! Gute Fragen, klare Anweisungen, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schade ist, dass bei Kleinigkeiten die Unterstützung nicht immer erreichbar ist, so ab 15.30 Uhr am Freitag nicht mehr erreichbar aber der Anruf erfolgt dann am Montag Alles in Allem sehr zufrieden!

I became a customer of Auzen following a disappointing experience with an audioigist in Ireland. Auzen are genuine and their hearing aids prices are hard to match .The 1000 euro grant hearing aid benefit worked for me also with Auzen as they are official with the Irish government. Their follow up treatment is also very good.
