When attempting to return the item, the automated AI response didn't recognise my order number. Every response was automated and after hours of trying I gave up. Just a continual ai response on how to do a return. I hit 9 attempts giving feedback each time. Do not understand any circumstances use Billabong online.

Ordered a pair of shorts. It has been 2.5 weeks and they still haven't replied. No reply to any emails. Tracking is ambiguous about the status of the order. I had a generic email saying there were delays with courier and offering a discount code, but why would I use this given my experience? Very disappointed by Billabong and won't use them again.

I have not received my parcel even though delivery websites have said it has been delivered. I have emailed 3 times to question what is going on and have not heard back at all, customer service has been terrible

I really liked what I ordered but I didn't receive it or any updates in 2 weeks after being told it was shipped so I asked where it was and was ensured that it was on its way. 5 minutes later I was informed both orders had been cancelled and the items I ordered were also now out of stock, hence why I ordered with early access. Easily the worst online shopping experience I've had.
