Such poor communication regarding my delivery not coming after a week for me to chase to find out it's not even been dispatched, followed it up and never got a reply! Item came eventually but still never heard back from them and no comms on it coming late or why!

Where can i start from?did a combined order pf approximately £200 billabong and quiksilver, I never received a confirmation of order for half of those and never been informed that those will be shipped together..the ones that have been sent from the UK warehouse arrived earlier than expected and I was not home to receive it.. Is been now 4 weeks that is with Royal mail and tracking says it is still in transit. Tried to contact Royal mail and no response Contacted Billabong and came back with an automated response, tried to contact them again so I can speak with a live agent and again no reply.. So so disappointing, been a client since a kid for more than 25 yrs and I WILL NEVER shop again..disgrace for such a legendary brand..
