In general is a good workout. The facilities could benefit from more showers/ vanity spaces to accommodate the number of users per session. The set up also is a bit longer ( with good reasons because it needs to be done properly) and even when you arrive ahead of time my experience is we usually End up starting the workout 5 min late. The rest is all shining stars so far.

Although I've only had three sessions so far, I can already say that training here has been one of the best decisions I've made recently. The atmosphere is inspiring, everyone on the team is incredibly kind, and you can feel the passion and professionalism in every detail. I want to give a special shout-out to Leo, my instructor, who has been simply outstanding: patient, attentive, clear in his guidance, and full of contagious energy. I really enjoy coming here to workout because it's such a warm and welcoming environment , staff are friendly and supportive so definitely I will recommend to all my friends, the workout is only 25 min and in a small group session so it's like having a personal trainer that can tailor to you needs and it also target all muscle group so it's very efficient.
