I've only had two sessions so far, but I already feel confident that I'm going to achieve the results I'm after. The trainers are absolutely fabulous — they're knowledgeable, encouraging, and know exactly how far to push you for the best results.
Staff is fantastic, the establishment is spotless and I feel extremely energized after my session.
Excellent staff and facilities to report. Maybe add an ice bath and sauna?

Incredible staff and work-out system
I really enjoy coming here to workout because it's such a warm and welcoming environment , staff are friendly and supportive so definitely I will recommend to all my friends, the workout is only 25 min and in a small group session so it's like having a personal trainer that can tailor to you needs and it also target all muscle group so it's very efficient.

It's efficient and effective workout. Trainers are there to encourage you during the workout and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone who is able to join.
I have recently joined and started to feel the difference in terms of body aches already the main reason to join was to see change in body but it's too soon to comment on that. But im enjoying myself so far.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The instructors guide us every step of the way. When I leave I feel very good about myself. I feel energized.
