I really enjoy coming here to workout because it's such a warm and welcoming environment , staff are friendly and supportive so definitely I will recommend to all my friends, the workout is only 25 min and in a small group session so it's like having a personal trainer that can tailor to you needs and it also target all muscle group so it's very efficient.
