Because after 4 session ,I feel every thing is changing inside and outside of my body .Everyday I start my day with lots of energy and more focus . I lose 4 kilo in few week that make me surprise because before I tried intermediate fasting just 1 kilo decrease my weight. So I combined these together and the result amazing.
