I can feel the difference of the workouts, and staff are so nice. After being away for 1.5 months or so, coming back my body was very sore post workout signaling that I did lose muscle strength very quickly over that time and the impact the sessions have on my body.

Classes are excellent. Don't like the limited hours, that I have to wait 72hrs before my next class. Also, they need to have a better, more professional online UX for members to see and schedule bookings
