It's a different experience from your average workout for 25 minutes.
I've had 3 sessions plus the complimentary trail session and I am seeing results already, especially in my core along with increased energy and strength. Looking forward to my 4th session with another high tech body scan to confirm these results. Love my boutique workout place. It's semi-private and affordable training at it's best!!

Iron Body Fit has given me exactly what I need; a different aporoach to becoming more physically fit. Each work out so far has challenged me and I have been given a much needed boost.
I have finally found a workout that works for my schedule and a place that i look forward to going. The environment suits me. Every single person there makes me feel welcome and I leave feeling better about myself. I have also started to see and feel the results from working out.

Because after 4 session ,I feel every thing is changing inside and outside of my body .Everyday I start my day with lots of energy and more focus . I lose 4 kilo in few week that make me surprise because before I tried intermediate fasting just 1 kilo decrease my weight. So I combined these together and the result amazing. Another thing I am sure just because of this exercise happen to me my constipation solved completely. thank you

This is a great place to come and get in shape the staff is amazing the atmosphere is fantastic and you feel fabulous after you workout. The place is so clean and they offer snacks and water also coffee too. You always leave feeling like you can tackle your busy day
