Despite booking Black packs, the skis were shoddy (tip protectors loose and their solution was to rip them off?). The staff were unfriendly and abrasive. Will go elsewhere next time.

Hello. I am writing to request a refund for my recent ski rental under the booking ID INB8770X109794. I had initially rented the skis for the period from January 7, 2024, to January 13, 2024. Unfortunately, due to the poor quality of the equipment, I found it necessary to return them prematurely on January 8, 2024. The full price paid for the 7-day rental was 155 EUR. Please find the return confirmation attached.
Given that I only used the skis for 2 days out of the 7 days I had booked them for, I am requesting a refund for the 5 days when the skis were not in use. This would amount to [(155 EUR / 7 days) x 5 unused days], which equals a refund of 110.71 EUR. I kindly ask for this amount to be refunded to the original payment method - my credit card. If any additional details are required, please let me know.

le matériel de haut niveau n'est pas en quantité suffisante.
En janvier nous avons été à Tignes et le choix était beaucoup plus important qu'à Val tho ! Je cherchais un ski et j'ai du aller le chercher ailleurs. C'était pour un ski loué- acheté.

pour l'accueil sympathique. les prix sont corrects sans plus. on peut avoir moins cher mais il faut aller plus loin. le défaut majeur beaucoup de monde et donc une attente assez longue. mais globalement on est satisfait d'Intersport
