Réservation faite sur internet. Le matériel n'était pas disponible en arrivant. Il n'avait plus les bonnes tailles. Cela a pris 20min pour que quelqu'un aille chercher dans un autre magasin les skis.
La réservation du matériel de ski réalisée en ligne, le jour j SMS reçu pour nous indiquer que la commande est prête en magasin. Nous nous rendons en magasin, il ne trouve pas la réservation sur le logiciel...
Après 1h d'attente il trouve le problème la réservation a été ouverte dans l'autre magasin,
Il faut recréer toute la réservation avec toute les infos (nom prénom taille poids...) alors que le vendeur avait toutes les infos sur le bon de commande papier. Pareil pour le règlement du solde, ayant versé un acompte à la commande , c'est compliqué de verser le solde les vendeurs ne savent pas comment faire.... pareil lorsque nous souhaitons faire 2 paiements pour le solde de la facture.
Good equipment, quick pick up and return
The skis and poles are really shabby. One pair of skis were so slow.. caps missing, pole points missing and pole handles broken.
The storage area is busy, really disorganised and most mornings it's chaotic with people renting skis and boots in the same area as people picking up skis and boots. Not enough seating available to put boots on and the ground floor area is sooo hot it's overall an unbearable chore twice a day. It may be the cheapest place to hire but you have to add on ski locker hire at €18pp so when you factor that in, we would rather pay more for a better experience. Only positive was the location.

Terrible service. I reserved but still had to wait over an hour for my skis when they found that they didn't have the correct size for my wife despite me providing all of our height and weight information when I reserved a week earlier. I would never use Intersport again.

Your staff were so helpful and friendly and the equipment was in very good condition. Your shop is also perfectly located beside the ski lift and being able to store the equipment each night made it very easy to enjoy my stay.
Everything was perfect: extremely fast service (I booked online with good discount), the guys working in the shop were super efficient, and they gave me perfect boots. The shop position is perfect as well, close to the slopes and a parking lot
The machine for measuring your feet was great, I normally have to try on a number of boots before I find ones that fit . First pair fit.

Top notch equipment & service but during busy school holiday periods it would have been helpful if offered to come and be fitted up the evening before.
La matériel récupéré correspondait exactement à celui loué sur internet et était de très bonne qualité. L'accueil à Intersport était parfait.
