Great equipment and a very friendly service 
Effecient freindly sercice, no fuss.
Accueil et service impeccable mais le matériel ne correspond pas à ce qu'on réserve, en l'occurrence snowboard noir et on se retrouve avec un snowboard debutant/intermédiaire, Salomon wildcare

Good, swift, knowledgeable and friendly service
Great staff, quick service, quality gear and super premium location. The team really listened to what we had to say, I am not a great skier, and so I use unorthodoxly short skis for my height. When I asked for the shorter skis the tech pointed out that my height suggested a much longer length, but without hesitation supplied me with the shorter skis. The skis were perfect. This has led to heated conversations at other rental locations where they hesitated and all but refused to provide me with the ski's I wanted.
It was also amazing that their location was directly next door to our hotel and only about 50 meters / 150' from the main lift in the resort.

Equipment was okay. For choosing and paying for the black one I think it was a bit run down and old, especially the shoes.
