Very easy to book and great service in the shop both initially and when switching skis
The employee that gave us the equipment did absolutely not listen to waht my son wanted, did not believe that the shoes were too small and did not give the snowboard he requested. What went well though was the exchange once we came back saying the board was not what we expected.

Nous avons changé de skis pendant le séjour pour des skis hors piste qui n'étaient pas de qualité Gold comme les autres skis qui eux étaient bons.

Paiement d'une franchise au retour des skis non justifiée . Attention de ne pas louer dans ce magasin qui va tenter de récupérer un maximum d'argent. Je ne recommande pas.

The process was very rushed, no advice what so ever on skis!!! I was given some random ones (not up to gold standard !), they seemed old and edges were not sharp. Where I asked a simple question on the type of skis given, staff member was super annoyed and not in the mood for any explanation. I was temped to upgrade for platinum but decided not to spend more money on this bad service.
