The staff were efficient and pleasant except for the manager who was really quite rude. We'd been unable to ski on our last day due to my partner's injury. We returned the equipment and were told we could have a partial refund for that day and that we only need to pay for what we use. The manager refused to refund us without a doctor's proof of injury! Despite the fact that we were clearly returning the equipment on the only bright sunny day of our 4 days, therefore hardly ingenuine! I would have thought this would have been an easy fix as a gesture of goodwill and good business sense. Sadly would not recommend or use again! Not a pleasant experience.
La désagréable impression d'avoir payé un pack platinum pour que l'on me donne des skis gold, qui ne sont par définition pas au même prix… C'est la dernière fois pour moi.

The store location, selection in the shop, prices and staff are all very good. It's not your fault that everybody in the resort wants to collect their equipment between 9 and 10 on Sunday mornings, but I would give you 10/10 if the queue was shorter.
