Brilliant service. It was busy when I went in but they still took their time with me, ensuring the boots were right. I took them back after 3 days just to move the streap so I could tighten the boot a bit more and they did it with no fuss. The bots and skis were of top standard

Rental was fast, efficient and I felt tha my equipment was maintained and good quality for safe skiing.
I unfortunately cannot recommend Intersport in Tignes.
We had a very unpleasant experience during our ski holiday, where our skis were accidentally swapped on the slopes. They were identical skis from the same rental company – the only difference was the barcode.
Despite this, we were charged €500 for “missing equipment”. The staff assured us that the amount would be refunded as soon as the other renter returned our skis.
We have now been told that the other renter supposedly did not return the skis the next day – which seems highly unlikely. How would they even be able to ski without noticing the mistake or without missing their own equipment?
The whole situation feels illogical and poorly handled, and we are still waiting for our money.
It is extremely frustrating to be held financially responsible for something that was clearly out of our control. Customer service has also been inadequate, and we do not feel taken seriously.
Overall, a very disappointing experience – be cautious if you rent equipment here.
Je ne peux malheureusement pas recommander Intersport à Tignes.
Nous avons vécu une expérience très désagréable pendant nos vacances au ski, où nos skis ont été échangés par erreur sur les pistes. Il s'agissait de skis identiques provenant du même loueur – seule la différence de code-barres les distinguait.
Malgré cela, on nous a facturé 500 € pour “équipement manquant”. Le personnel nous a assuré que cette somme serait remboursée dès que l'autre client restituerait nos skis.
On nous dit maintenant que l'autre client n'aurait soi-disant pas rendu les skis le lendemain – ce qui semble très peu probable. Comment aurait-il pu skier sans remarquer l'erreur ou sans manquer de matériel ?
Toute la situation paraît illogique et mal gérée, et nous attendons toujours notre remboursement.
Il est extrêmement frustrant d'être tenu financièrement responsable d'un problème sur lequel nous n'avions aucun contrôle. Le service client a également été insuffisant, et nous n'avons pas le sentiment d'être pris au sérieux.
Une expérience globalement très décevante – soyez prudents si vous louez du matériel ici.
