Staff attempted to provide us with completely different skis to the ones we booked, both type and specification level, without any explanation. When questioned on it they initially pushed back on it, then reluctantly provided the correct equipment

The staff were rude and arrogant, they could not accept that the boots they were giving us were the wrong size and uncomfortable. We were in a party of 2 adults and 2 teenager boys. It was too much effort to get another boot to try on and we had to wait to get their attention. They were obviously speaking in French among themselves and made us feel uncomfortable. We made do with the boots we were given and when we got up to the slopes in Avoriaz went to their sister store. They didn't have one of the sizes we needed a 13, but sent us to their other shop in Avoriaz, where we eventually got sorted, however we lost 3 hours skiing time on the first day because of their poor service. We then had to return the next day again to change one pair of boots for one of the lads and again made to feel we were an inconvenience. They tried to give us a pair of boots from the previous day and then argued with us in the shop in front of the other customers, stating that the boots should fit and we should listen to them for the correct boots, even though the poor lad couldn't walk in them, never mind ski. Terrible attitudes.
Brilliant service and great equipment with no problem when we needed to make a change.
Skis were ok but old. Storing skis overnight was excellent. Staff were great.

Personnel très gentil malgré celui qui est à s'occupe de l'accueil et des ski, qui est désagréable. Mes chaussures de ville et ont été volée.. donc la confiance n'est pas à son compte.

Ayant loué une gamme "noire" déçu par le type et l'état du matériel. Pas certain d'une réelle différence avec les gammes inférieures.

They don't care about customers. They turned us down because “they were too busy” even if we had received a notification to hurry up to the shop the same morning. I made the effort to travel from Geneva earlier to be able to get the ski set, and was then told to come the next day under an “ah that message was from Paris and not from us”. I'm your customer - I don't care if you have communication problems with the Paris headquarters. Rude and unthoughtful.
Le gérant du magasin n'est pas très sympa. Le matériel : j'ai dû changer de chaussures 2 fois et les skis avaient vécu ! Quant au prix soit disant intéressant avec la carte fidélité, j'ai trouvé le même tarif pour un membre de ma famille chez un indépendant de Morzine, le sourire et les conseils en plus…
Personnel très sympa et à l'écoute un plaisir
The process was very quick and easy when collecting and dropping off our gear and the staff were also really helpful. The best part was the shops location next to the ski lift that takes you up to Avoriaz. It meant I could leave my gear in the shop overnight and not have to carry it everywhere. Its the perfect scenario!
