Service and Staff were excellent in particular Arne who was simply excellent. We will recommend to others who come to ski in Morzine. Shop location is brilliant too and skis, boots,sticks were all good quality - we had a great time

Arno in ski hire was exceptionally knowledgeable. He asked questions to establish level and competency and then advised on the best hire equipment for the current conditions. He was polite and friendly. I would always recommend the supermorzine intersport for ski/snowboard hire.

We have been renting skis from Intersport, Super Morzine for many years now. Over the last two years we have found the staff to be more rude and patronizing than ever before. This year we had a friend who broke her hip on the slopes and her skis went down with her when she was rescued. We were advised that we had to return the skis or she would be charged and it was not acceptable to return them to a different Intersport (she was evacuated from Chatel). We did this without complaint. When we returned all of our skis the next day, they were accepted and scanned by the man working on the desk. We received our receipt and left. I was rung on the telephone half an hour later to say that we had returned the incorrect skis and that we had done this on purpose. We immediately returned to help sort out the confusion. On arrival, we were told that we returned the incorrect skis on purpose and that they had us on video doing this. When we asked to see the video he was unable to download or show it to us. He raised his voice and told us to leave the shop as he would sort it and send us the video by email. We didn't want to leave as we knew that this was an incorrect allegation but didn't know how to proceed as he refused to speak to us and, when he did, it was with a raised voice in front of everyone in the shop. As we were standing there discussing what to do next, a lady arrived and took the skis that he accused us of returning incorrectly. We asked her it they were her skis and she said they were. The man from Intersport apologised quietly without making eye contact and told us to leave. I have never been so upset by a someone in a shop. We ski annually in Morzine in a group of 15 people and we will never use Intersport again. After a very difficult weekend with one friend injured and anther acquantance passing away on the slopes, we met some lovely, helpful people.
The staff at Intersport stood out as the least helpful and certainly the most rude I have met.

Close to Super M lift, nice helpful staff, good equipment, at reasonable prices. Boot room to leave shoes/ski overnight. Flexible so can switch from skis to board and back if you wish.

Great location by the Super Morzine Cable Car, friendly staff and you can store your kit on site. Its a bit crazy in the mornings and evenings but isn't everywhere in a ski resort.
