Dem arrival to departure the staff were really helpful. In particular Guillaume as he helped out family with great insight and was really helpful when we had to change out some of our kit.
Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We took out extra insurance for 40 Euros but were still charged an extra 30 Euros when someone took 2 of our poles.
The staff in general, and specifically Billy (William) were very helpful and attentive to the fitting of our equipment! I highly recommend using InterSport (Michel Croz)!

Tout etait au niveau attendu. Nous avons essaye numereux paires de chaussures pour trouver les bons et la fille qui nous aidait etait toujours souriante.
While the rental was ok for our group. On returning skis individually they charged us each the rental fee, and then they charged me (as the main hirer) the full amount for everyone again. We all had to return to the shop to sort it out and were made to feel like the customer is always wrong! Took an hour and three staff members, and in all this time there was not even a hint of an apology or them admitting they made a mistake. Makes you wounder if they do it regularly and get away with it!
No empathy from staff, just shrugs.
The Staff were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant, and the equipment range was extensive and of excellent quality
