Great rental place, amazing staff. Met twice a day with smiles and a nice welcome. Really helpful too, changed my snowboard mid rental for a longer one, rewaxed me and my son's snowboard too. No extra cost to store your equipment in the evening, nice a dry in the morning, highly recommended, cheers team

The staff in this store were super super friendly and helpful. They were always happy to help and were always smiling. The equipment was trashed (red/silver & kit for 4 year old) - This wasn't the end of the world as the people using them were brand new to skiing. I would normally go for red/silver too and would have been very disappointed if the kit was in the same condition. Two of our friends went for platinum. The skis were ok but were in need of a wax / service. The bindings were pretty beat up. I know we were there directly after the holidays. However, the season was still young. Anyway, keep up the good work from a customer service point of view. Also, the shop could not be better placed and opening hours are great.

Le personnel du magasin est vraiment très professionnel à l'ecoute et très sympathique.Et en plus le magasin est hyper bien situé directement au pied de la télécabine super Châtel et fait du gardiennage du matériel ce qui est très pratique pour éviter de devoir porter le matériel tous les matins.
