Unbelievable rude staff. I was handed skis to take as I paid to rent them on my first day. 3 days later, I get a rude call and email saying that I need to go back to store as _I_ took the wrong skies. The woman rolled her eyes and said I took the wrong ones and now their customer is unhappy. Am I not a customer too? I was not sure maybe if the other customer was better than me in some way. I asked if it were my responsibility to check the skis or the staff? No response. Just a scoff, another eye roll and and attitude problem.
