Very good value. Very helpful. The audiology backup and consultation is friendly and professional. Support is always available. Yes an appointment may not be available immediately due to work pressure but appointments are scheduled very quickly I was nervous about buying and consultation online but I need not have worried.

Der Service ist gut, die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und die Online-Einstellung des Hörgeräts hat letztlich funktioniert. Einen kleinen Abzug mache ich, weil das Hörgerät - anders als zugesagt -nicht auf meine vorab eingeschickte Hörkurve voreingestellt war. Und weil es öfters Verzögerungen durch technische Schwierigkeiten beim Akustiker gab.

Despite being an online company the service from Auzen could not have been better. Thalia the audiologist that I dealt with could not have done more to make the purchase and setting up the hearing aids so easy. In fact the whole experience was better than I have received from a well know high street store. I would recommend anybody thinking of purchasing or upgrading hearing aids to use Auzen.
