Le petit livret au démarrage est pratique, peut être juste informer le client qu'il faut  bloquer » un rendez-vous directement après avoir reçu les appareils. Après il y a eu un bug avec mes appareils, heureusement que j'ai trouvé la solution pour jumeler mes appareils à mon téléphone…Sinon le réglage de mes appareils sont super ! Les explications sont claires et le fonctionnement est vraiment pratique!

Yes an appointment may not be available immediately due to work pressure but appointments are scheduled very quickly I was nervous about buying and consultation online but I need not have worried.

Der Service ist gut, die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und die Online-Einstellung des Hörgeräts hat letztlich funktioniert. Einen kleinen Abzug mache ich, weil das Hörgerät - anders als zugesagt -nicht auf meine vorab eingeschickte Hörkurve voreingestellt war. Und weil es öfters Verzögerungen durch technische Schwierigkeiten beim Akustiker gab.

Despite being an online company the service from Auzen could not have been better. Thalia the audiologist that I dealt with could not have done more to make the purchase and setting up the hearing aids so easy. In fact the whole experience was better than I have received from a well know high street store. I would recommend anybody thinking of purchasing or upgrading hearing aids to use Auzen.

I was very sceptical about buying hearing aids online. Whilst the Signia product was significantly cheaper compared to a UK retailer, I was concerned about fitting and follow up customer service. My first conversation with Talia covered all my concerns and she provided all the information I need to help inform my buying decision, with no hint of "sales pitch" or upsetting to a dearer model. The online fitting session was a superb customer experience! I am extremely happy with my Signia hearing aids and the associated Signia app on my phone. Huge thanks Talia and Auzen!

Es funktionierte alles einwandfrei. Auch das Einstellen der Hörgeräte über den Computer gelang perfekt. Bei Fragen kann ich einfach anrufen und es wird mir geholfen. Ich bezahlte die Hälfte als bei anderen Anwender und habe die gleiche Qualität. Daher konnte ich mir das Beste Hörgerät leisten und kann nun über die Hörgeräte telefonieren und Musik hören. I had researched the company as had been nervous about not being in the UK. I have had experienced the chain UK market of hearing aids which are much more expensive, the service in particular from Talia has been outstanding, with a simple online hearing test my hearing aids at a considerable savings had been able to be configured and I have amazing improvement in being able to hear in very challenging environments at work and socialising. I would not hesitate to recommend the company's service which has been far more individualised, convenient, responsive and less cost than hearing aid company's in the UK.
