Talia ensures that every potential problem is discussed with possible remedies and her enthusiasm and likeable intelligent nature warms the customer to the company, the product and Talia. If you deal with Auzen you will not be disappointed, do not be put off by the fact the company is based in Europe. The support you will receive is far better than the high street.

Great Service from Auzen. Was wary to start with as it was online. but with advancement's with AI, remote fitting worked brilliantly. Delivery was around two days from Order. Auzen accidently sent wrong colour aids. Replacement was sent swiftly, no Issues. Advice and fitting was brilliant. Would defiantly recommend Auzen for service and Price. Shop price was coming in around £4000, Auzen around £2500 . Well packaged aids which came with a selection of Domes and a cleaning kit.
