Great staff and support but what appeared to be poor quality skis with 2 of the 7 offered pairs being damaged.
Really easy service to use, and well priced, and very friendly service. We rented two intermediate snowboards for 6 days and by day 4 the grooves in the bindings were breaking and the bindings would slip.

The shop set my din to 7 on my bindings. I ended up stepping out of my skis twice on my first day. One of the times my skis released early and I hurt my shoulder as I attempted to stop with only one ski. I took them back to get them professionally adjusted. I was told that due to my weight and experience my din setting should be around 8 to 8.5. Online calculators also had my din setting around 8 to 8.5. However the store had a policy that they were not allowed to adjust the din setting beyond 7 for liability reasons. They wouldn't even let me use their screwdriver to adjust it myself.
After adjusting the din to 8 myself on the mountain I didn't have any more problems stepping out of my skis. I didn't enjoy the rest of the week skiing as I was unsure if my skis would stay on when I needed them too.
Not setting the din past 7 as a store policy is downright dangerous and negligent. The damage of skis releasing when they're not meant too can be just as dangerous as having them not release when they are meant to.
Do not hire skis from this place. The policy of not adjusting din setting past 7 is extremely dangerous and unprofessional. I do not recommend.
The boots could not hold my heel down even when fully tightened. When i explained this, i was told "your old own boots did that thats how it is with rental"
Super accueil, super conseils. Seconde fois en deux hivers qu'on loue chez ce magasin notre équipement. Ils ont été très arrangeants pour pouvoir rendre un équipement plus tôt en raison d´une blessure sur piste.
I returned my skis early due to illness. I was told I would get 3 days credit. When I finally got on to the phone number they gave me without any explanation I was told I'd need a doctor's certificate etc. to get a refund.
I cannot find your early return policy anywhere online.
