Communication was shocking. I sent multiple emails looking for my order. And only after -0 days of waiting did I finally have an email saying I would get my order within 7 days. Clearly that didn't happen. I would never buy from you again. You left me thinking I was scammed. And whilst I did finally get my order. No apology for lateness. So screw you. I will buy elsewhere. Learn to communicate better. I don't mind tardiness if it is backed up with an explanation or apology. Terrible company.

Ainda não recebi a encomenda, foi entregue a uma pessoa desconhecida noutra morada. O estafeta da Chronopost ( dpd ) entregou a encomenda na morada errada sem confirmar o código PIN , já efetuei reclamação junto da mesma e continuo a espera

Hallo zusammen.
Mit der gelieferten Ware bin ich sehr Zufrieden. Was ich aber nicht verstehen kann ist wie lange es dauert bis der Betrag zurückerstatet wird. Einen Teil der Bestellung wurde Storniert, da ihr diese nicht mehr verfügbar habt.
Nun warte ich seit längerem auf die Rückerstattung des Betrags.
Könnt Ihr mir diesen Zurückerstaten?
Placed order with incorrect address. Couldn't cancel directly and tried through Customer Service without a resolution. Package sent out and money taken from account but to an addresss i cant access. Tracking details do not work so cant even check if it actually got delivered. No response from Customer Service following dispatch???? Terrible service and response to issue. Will be using retail stores from now on

I ordered three T-shirts, a baseball cap, a winter beanie, and a belt from Element, and overall I'm very satisfied. The T-shirts are soft, comfortable, and fit me well. I like the caps and the belt too — good quality and nice design.
The only minor downside was that the baseball cap was shipped separately in a large package. Everything could've been sent together, which would've saved some packaging and paper, but I assume there was a reason for it.
I've seen quite a few complaints online about Element mixing up orders, but in my case everything arrived correctly and as expected. Overall, a solid experience.
