I've loved Element as a brand since the late 90's. Their products are always great quality and deeply routed in skateboard culture. The deck I ordered is a piece of art and beautifully crafted.
Because I'm in the UK, the rating would have been more if you had a unit in the UK for quicker delivery. Look at amazon with their Prime next day delivery benefit. They're setting the standard that's becoming the norm. Either way: great looking trainers, so a thank you for that. But they're not as comfortable as brands like DC, unfortunately.
mi è arrivato un unico ordine in 2 pacchi diversi: uno è arrivato in tempo ma con un articolo diverso da quello ordinato, mentre l'altro pacco, che doveva essere un regalo, è arrivato con 2 giorni di ritardo ed è stato aperto e con la confezione stracciata ed impresentabile!

Habe einen Artikel (Hose) in zwei Größen bestellt zum probieren. Die Artikel waren stark reduziert. Einen Tag später wurde der Preis der Artikel auf der Webseite wieder angehoben und ein Artikel aus meiner Bestellung storniert wegen "erhöhter Nachfrage". Anschließend kam die Größe, die nicht gepasst hat und die ich jetzt wieder zurückschicken muss (nach Frankreich) was nur kostenlos geht, wenn man sich beim Treueprogramm anmeldet. Rücküberweisung bis zu 10 Tage wohlbemerkt. Ganz ehrlich - Kundenorientierung geht anders. Habe dann die passende Größe bei Zalando bestellt. Ohne Hustle, innerhalb von zwei Tagen aus Deutschland versandt, auf Rechnung und mit kostenlosem Versand und ggf. der Rücksendung.

Ich vergebe nie 10/10 Punkten, bin da ich der Meinung bin, dass stets Luft nach oben ist. Ich bin mit dem Service und der Qualität des Produktes sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit einen neuen long sleeve bei Element kaufen sollte ein schöner Print verfügbar sein.
Ich vergebe 8/10, da dem long sleeve bei der Anprobe ein merkwürdiger Geruch anhaftete.
