Gentili signori, secondo me la vostra domanda è poco chiara. Meglio cambiarla da “consiglio” a “ soddisfazione “. Io ho votato 10 perché è colore verde, ma non ho minima idea di consigliarvi. Siete perfetti.

Tutto in ordine per quanto riguarda gli apparecchi e la regolazione, non do un 10 perchè c'è stato qualche problema sui tempi di aggiornamento del software.
Ho trovato immediatamente quello che cercavo e ho contattato subito l'assistenza. Mi ha risposto Alan che segue i clienti all'ingresso, una persona gentilissima che mi ha spiegato chiaramente come funziona AUZEN, cosa offre e come sono seguiti i clienti. Mi ha colpito molto il suo modo di colloquiare. Il mio lavoro e' sempre stato quello di preparare e seguire i miei collaboratori addetti alla vendita e devo dire che non e' facile trovare chi riesce a presentarsi in quel modo. Poi nel percorso che segue e riguarda l'assistenza nel settaggio e uso degli apparecchi acquistati( Devo dire che dopo aver girato nel web il costo su AUZEN e' veramente imbattibile!!!). Ho conosciuto Domenico, stessa gentilezza e chiarezza, con lui sto settando i miei apparecchi propio come desideravo. Quindi a chi mi posso solo dire che ho trovato il meglio, sinceramente non me lo aspettavo. Bravi, chi ha creato AUZEN a fatto un a Grande cosa in un settore dove c'e' molta confusione e si rischia di spendere molto di piu' di quello che si puo' trovare su AUZEN.

Ich habe kürzlich Erfahrungen mit Auzen Hörgeräteverkauf gemacht und bin rundum begeistert! Die Aufklärung und Betreuung waren ausgezeichnet. Das Team hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um alle meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir die verschiedenen Optionen ausführlich zu erläutern, sodass ich die für mich beste Entscheidung treffen konnte.
Die Lieferung meiner Hörgeräte erfolgte schnell und reibungslos. Ich konnte auch sehr kurzfristig einen Termin mit einem Akustiker vereinbaren, was mir besonders gut gefallen hat.
