Im not convinced my muscles are really strengthening - they feel sore next day but not same longerterm feel as the gym. Maybe this will change in time Also find the instructors are telling you after the fact not before and the colurs are only visible when you are not in correct position so should have a sound
I will see how my results are before I can recommend

I feel so much better and fitter since I started coming training at IBF. Trainers are very helpful and encourage you all the way till the end. I highly recommend it.
Satisfied with the professionalism and the approachability of the coaches but a bit concerned with the level of hygiene. The bathroom/ shower facilities could be improved too.
Because all is great. Great training, great trainers, great vives, time used to the max. Activating all muscles having all the necessary things you need before and after training like water coffee, snacks, showers, towels, flexibility. Food program.

First of all, it the the care, dedication and patience of the team, they help you and push you, but also give you personal attention and assistance. The next great thing is that it is only a 30 minutes session which is great in the busy life I live in. After the session you have everything to settle and get back to the outside life with private showers which include everything you need from towels to deodorants. Keep up the great and friendly atmosphere.
It is different to the usual gym. 1 Trainer with 3 Customers allows 1 on 1 attention. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping customers reach their goals.
Cause every service is personalized and you are a person not just a number
Iron Fit Body is a good training studio with a solid concept and effective workouts. In my opinion, it's a place that should definitely be maintained and further improved
Only have 1 session so far so would need a bit longer to provide more detailed feedback when I see results

It improved my posture and helped me build muscle.
For the first question I would have a real feedback at least after 1 month, now is too early. For the second answer, I would definitely recommend because is a type of exercise that everyone in life should try at least one time. It's something else.
Because up to now the whole ecperience has been wonderful. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming.

I have seen results in body toning and increased muscle mass with just one 25-minute session per week, and the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind
Firstly, because I'm very pleased with the results. Also, the trainers are receptive and adjust the workout to everyone's capabilities, the studio is always clean, and I feel safe and welcome every time.
