I selected the wrong delivery option and tried to sort it via your customer service. When I did eventually get a holding response, already too late, it was stroppy. Effectively telling me to wait because you were very busy. As suggested in my final response, improve your front end service or get more people in your customer service team. Don't make out it's the customer's fault.
