The delivery of the item was much slower than anticipated, with communications after ordering being very sparse. I contacted the customer service email and received an automated email in return, which seemed AI derived. I emailed back for further updates from a member of staff, which never came. I did eventually receive my order, although had no updates regarding the dispatch or tracking progress. The shoes were correct and arrived well packaged, although I felt that DC Shoes' aftercare is severely lacking, which appears to be the case for others after looking at reviews online.

Wasn't clear that it would take a week for the shoes to ship. The shoes went down in price before they were shipped and before I was charged but I was still charged the higher amount. I contacted customer service to find out an ETA and to question the price and got a generic response back that didn't address or answer either of my questions. Really frustrating, will never order directly from you again.

Placed an order on 23rd January and the shoes were not delivered until 2nd February. The shoes which were delivered were not the ones ordered. I contacted customer services who replied saying they would look into this, but after 5 days there has been no further communication and our query has remain unanswered and unresolved. Delivery is very slow and after sales service poor.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered on 18 January and my order sat in “preparing” for days with ZERO real updates. Customer service was slow, automated, and completely useless. When the shoes finally arrived (only just on the birthday), they were NOT what I ordered. How does a company mess up something that basic? Now I'm stuck dealing with more delays and vague responses for a mistake THEY made and I'm still waiting to get my money back. Stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable. I will never order from DC Shoes again.
