I received no confirmation email. I contacted DC Shoes. On numerous occasions but not once did you respond?! The shoes arrived after 3 weeks of placing the order. I did not think I was going get them based on your Trustpilot reviews and your appallingly bad customer service.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for My Son one in a men's size 15 and one in a men's size 16. The size 15's were a good fit but the size 16 were infact size 8's so I have returned them and I have not received a refund yet!!

Sizes have shrunk. My current size 42 DC shoes fit perfectly but I had to return the new size 42 and then you have the liberty to charge me for return for your error. I will never buy from you again.

Have always loved DC shoes. Although have found in the last few years that need to go up a size as they seem thinner than they used to be and that the rubber grip doesn't tend to be that great on wet floors anymore.
