20 minutes work out better then 3 hours exercise, very good.

It's efficient and effective workout. Trainers are there to encourage you during the workout and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone who is able to join.
I have recently joined and started to feel the difference in terms of body aches already the main reason to join was to see change in body but it's too soon to comment on that. But im enjoying myself so far.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The instructors guide us every step of the way. When I leave I feel very good about myself. I feel energized.
I love the people that work there and the whole concept!
