Purchased two pairs of flip flops ..in a size 7 and two hours later one pair was cancelled and still haven't received a refund…other pair was delivered come and there more like a size 5. Started the return process for them and to be told there is a £5 deductible for postage from the refunded balance .

The lack of response to my enquiry regarding the delay to my order. I have emailed 3 times to find out what is going on to only receive and AI automated reply not answering the question. On the item I bought the quality of fabric and making were good. The delivery was on time and I was kept up to date on my order throughout the process. The actual style didn't suit me so I was able to return the item without any issues. I'll continue to use and recommend Quiksilver.

I haven't received my order yet. Royal Mail returned it to sender three days ago and when I informed you yesterday I haven't heard anything since. There was not a house nane on the address but I did enter one. However your auto fill address routine defaulted to my address without the house name. Very disappointing.

The package arrived late and I couldn't return it. I ordered it so it arrived before my departure abroad. It didn't arrive. When I tried to see if I could cancel order, I was told no. Only way was to refuse to accept it when it was dekivered. Hard when I had left.
