I have printed an return label via your website to return an item for a full refund as the item was poor quality. Despite the instructions that came with the label , the Post Offices local to me do not take EVRI parcels ....the nearest Post Office that doe is 90 minutes round trip away which is totally impractical.

The shorts I bought were said to be 18" on website but they showed up both with tags saying 19". Also my previous order, the sweatshirt came with this triangle at the front of the neck being off from centre. I only noticed after worn it so pretty much have to keep it but it looks pretty silly. I have been buying many things Quiksilver for years but seems like the quality has dropped.
