I like coming the only problem is parking and sometimes my card dont work right so it gives the assistant there a bit of extra work. And the body scanning is not always on time and I asked for it to be explained to me as I don't understand it well and because they are quite busy I guess they forget but its ok I love coming and your team is great

Trainers that are attentive, showing up with everything needed. Give necessary information and checks if something is needed before, during and after session. Over all service minded.
