Auzen ist unschlagbar im Preis und die Beratung ist kompetent Bund freundlich, aber man muss schon fit sein, was WLAN, Bluetooth, Apps etc angeht. Für nicht so technikaffige Hörgeschädigte ist das vielleicht zu kompliziert.

Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Schnelle und perfekte Anpassung der Hörgeräte. Preislich konkurrenzlos, Anpassung und Nachbetreuung vorbildlich (kostenlos, unbegrenzt). Kann nur weiterempfehlen, sofern man eine ferngesteuerte Hörgeräteversorgung (online per Internet) bevorzugt.

Talia was so lovely and helpful. We were a bit apprehensive, as the price of the hearing aids (Oticon intent 2R) were less than half of price we were quoted by several private audiologist. After doing some proper research into the company we found that it is indeed a reliable site to buy from. We contacted them and Talia, the audiologist for the UK got back to us, she was so nice. We really love the way she is very informed on the product and also very responsive with any emails and questions. She was very supportive from the very first inquiry until after getting aid has been fitted and then some more follow-up calls to make sure that everything is right and the settings is good. I highly recommend using Auzen.
