I've been using Roxy for many years, but my last purchase was really poor quality. The feeling vibes printed bag although beautiful outside, inside was poorly made, after two uses was ripped in three sides. I didn't even had heavy stuff or many stuff inside the bag. Really disappointed.

I was sent the wrong size and have emailed multiple times to ask to swap but no one has replied now, I'm on day 5 of trying to get in touch to get it sorted. I bought it for a holiday and as no one has replied, it'll be too late to sort so now just need a refund to buy elsewhere but again no one is replying to me, for such a big company you'd expect better customer service

I ordered a wetsuit in June I then received a refund in early hours of the morning so I ordered another wetsuit. I have returned both wetsuits. I asked to cancel my second wetsuit as the next day I received notification that it had been dispatched. I was told by customer services that this wasn't possible. I now am missing a large amount of money awaiting for this to return. Over 2 weeks ago I sent back one and no refund had been given. Very very very poor customer service and no support or replies to my emails.

There was no communication, no notice of shipping after purchase. I emailed to ask what was happening after a couple of weeks and had no reply. Eventually the order turned up. But only JUST in time for our trip. Until then, I had no idea what was happening or even the ability to cancel. 0 stars, would not recommend.

I was not able to have a proper conversation with customer service, my requests for contact were dismissive and no help Was given. It was very disappointing and once this issue is resolved - it is still ongoing - I will consider using other companies instead of Roxy in the future.
